I searched for homes for over 9 months and Steve answered all my questions throughout this time, even though I did not commit to a purchase until the 9th month.

Steve is a realtor we would highly recommend. He was very prompt in meeting with us and getting to know us before we started talking selling. Steve listened to what we expected and then he explained the process ahead. We also appreciated that we didn't have to list with a certain amount of time. Steve suggested what we should or didn't need to do before selling. He let us know when people would be coming in a timely manner. Steve efficiently handled all aspects of the sale from conducting in depth research into our home even before we interviewed him, to arranging all advertising, to negotiating a spectacular sale price, and to handling all aspects of the close. He very respectfully asked for and arranged appointments with us only as needed, while still keeping us abreast of all progress of the sale and listening to and acting on our concerns and queries. Steve is honest and pleasant, without being unctuous. I found it refreshing that he listens more than he talks and learns from what he hears. We interviewed several agents and found that Steve had an attentiveness to detail and a handle of the overall economic situation than the other agents. Throughout the process he was responsive and proactive, inviting us to view other homes for sale in the area to see what else our buyers might be looking at. He encouraged us to list at the higher end of what we thought the home was valued, and we are so grateful we trusted his judgment. He was a tough, but fair negotiator, always looking to make sure we had the most in our pocket at the end of the deal, while also helping the buyer to feel like they got a great deal. For about 2 months I had my house FSBO with no success. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would meet my needs the best. After a lot of struggling I got lucky. On my 2nd attempt I picked Steven Zajdzinski and he is outstanding. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a house really paid off. He did it all: from listing the property to hosting 2 'open house' events and providing feed backs after showings, from receiving offers to negotiating on my behalf, and eventually, accepting a full asking price offer. Steve walked me through every step of the closing process. As a client, I can say that Steve made me feel well taken care-of.

Our experience with Steven restored our belief that there just had to be an honest, respectful, professional agent out there. We went through 3 agents trying to sell our home in California, of all places, and were completely disappointed with the real estate profession. We met Steven by a random phone call about a listing he had. We had a few questions about it which he answered the same day. After the response Steven asked to keep in touch and to give him a call when we were ready talk about buying in Az.. While still leery, we contacted him on our next trip to shop in Az. met with him and were never disappointed. His knowledge of the market, in all areas of Az. was extraordinary. His willingness to listen to our needs and concerns was exemplary. Steven wanted to help us find "our new home" not just try to sell us one of his listings. While we searched the internet, Steven searched the MLS. We must have dragged him to 25 houses, all with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Every time we called he was ready to get us a look at the homes we found, sometimes after hours. His family must be great also because we feel like we may have consumed some family time. Thank you. When we found "our new home", Steven went to work, getting one of the "corporate home sellers" to lower the price and make concessions on repairs. Unheard of! To top it off, his team made all the paperwork go fast and smooth, so we could close early, and we were in our new home within a month of the first face to face meeting with Steven. During the closing there was an issue with the HOA and Steven even handled that for us, it was and still is much appreciated. So if you are wondering if we would recommend Steven the answer is a resounding yes, we already have and will continue to do so!
